Welcome Office – on a low threshold
The Welcome Office Kokkola is the City of Kokkola’s information and advice service in matters connected to immigration and integration.
You can ask us about dealing with the officials, finding a job, working or studying in Finland or any other things you may encounter in your new surroundings.
We currently provide our services in Finnish, English and Russian. However, we can also use interpreters, if necessary. The service is free.
You can contact the Welcome Office by calling, texting or emailing us. We are available during weekdays on +358 (0)50 409 5620 and via email at welcome.office@kokkola.fi.
Alternatively, you can visit the Welcome Office service desk on the second floor of Kokkola’s main library. Please check the opening times on the City of Kokkola’s website.
